Tera goes to the school and earns her GED! She is very excited, because she studied very hard for this. She insisted on wearing a graduation gown. Diana had her old one, but they misplaced her cap. Tera just made due. :)
Lucas told the science facility about his amazing discovery, and he proved his ability to bring imaginary creatures to life. They paid him $30,000 for his research, which he didn’t think was close to enough, but he accepted it. The house needed remodeling because there wasn’t enough room for all of them anymore. So, he spent the money adding another floor to the tiny house and built Cosmo and Tera their own rooms.

Lucas wants to get Diana’s mind off of Cosmo. So, he’s created another potion to bring an imaginary friend back to life. Maybe, just maybe, if Diana has a girl friend, she’ll lose interest in his best friend.

Diana doesn’t want to make Tera real, to be honest. She’s competition for her; she can relate to Cosmo in a way that Diana never can. She knows what it’s like to be a cloth doll, and then to come to life. But, Diana is a good person. She is always compelled to do the right thing. And she knows that helping Tera is the best thing in the world she can do.

As Tera drinks the potion, Diana looks away. This is hard for her to bear…

Diana watches the transformation with a sad smile. After all, she loves Tera and she really does wish the best for her.

After the transformation, Tera looks…dissatisfied. “Something’s not quite right. Hold on a sec.”

She emerges from the bathroom with little pigtails. When she was an imaginary friend, Tera always wanted to have pigtails.

When Lucas wakes up, he stares at Tera across the table. He never expected her to be so…cute!
“Ohhh, you are so irresistable!” Cosmo whispers, taking Diana into his arms.
“I want us to go steady, okay?” Diana says breathlessly.
Cosmo won’t listen to Lucas. He really has deep feelings for Diana, and he wants to take their relationship as far as he can. He doesn’t care if it’s awkward; he’ll keep on spending time with her!
…and at the end of the party, something happens and Cosmo kisses his best friend in the world’s sister…

The next day, Diana throws a party, which the family was invited to. Lucas talks to Blaine a bit before he has to go to work. He explains his exciting breakthrough about Cosmo, and Blaine seems a little unbelieving, but still…the idea that his son brought his little imaginary friend to life is intriguing! He remembered that Lucas was CONSTANTLY using a chemistry lab when he was still a teenager…

“Hey Aunt Sophia, you want to dance?” (Random dog?!)
“Sure hon!”

First order of business: Break up with high school boyfriend.
“So, the thing is, I was only dating you because I needed a date for prom. So yeah. It’s over.”
He stands there with a blank look on his face for a full minute. Then, he decides ‘ME ANGRY!’ He leaves like a tornado, and Diana is glad she dodged THAT bullet!

The atmosphere the day of graduation is a little subdued. Blaine is obviously pained, and Lily is openly disgusted. You see, Lucas and Diana explained the day before that they were going to move out together directly after graduation. They decided that they needed breathing room. Blaine and Patricia had raised them in a nice home, and they appreciated that. But the place was overflowing with…noise, and people! The fraternal twins felt they needed a break from that. Lily for one, felt they were betraying the family somehow.

Blaine looks back at his oldest daughter sadly. Diana feels something else though…she’s VERY excited about the big changes coming into her life!

After graduation, Elizabeth is still thinking about how many seniors were checking her out the whole time…
Blaine stares off into space reflectively. “Have I been a good father?”
And a random graduate stares out the double doors creepily, pondering about whether or not death should be swift or painful…

And that very night, Lucas and Diana move into their new, tiny house.
Lucas aged up, and he looks GREAT. <3
And Diana looks GORGEOUS!
Since nobody voted in the poll, Lucas and Diana are going to take over the family. I’ll decide who the true “heir” is later. (This isn’t really a legacy…well it is, but it’s not a ten gen thing or something)
The story will continue with a main focus on these two. :D
